Information we collect

When you run an audit, you enter a website URL. We fetch the public page to produce a one-time report; we do not keep a copy of your website's content. If you choose to see your top issues, we save the email (and optional name) you enter along with the website URL and score, and may email you about your results; you can unsubscribe anytime. To manage an order, we receive the website URL, score, purchase details, and the name and email you provide at Stripe checkout. We may also receive basic visit and usage information through site analytics, such as pages viewed and general device information. If we turn on Google Analytics or the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, those tools use cookies or similar technology to measure page views and actions such as requesting results, starting checkout, or completing a purchase, and to measure our ads. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings, and use Google's and Meta's own ad settings to limit ad personalization.

How we use it

We use this information to run and deliver the audit, confirm purchases, help with report delivery, and answer your questions. If you opt in to hearing from us or reply to us, we may follow up about services. We do not sell your personal information.

Payments and service providers

Stripe processes your payment and handles your card details. We never see your full card number. We receive limited order and contact information needed to provide the report and support your purchase. Stripe's own privacy policy also applies to the payment information you give it.

Retention and your choices

We retain paid order records and related contact details as needed to provide support, honor the project credit, maintain business records, and meet legal obligations. A free audit does not create a saved report on our side. Basic analytics may be kept according to the analytics provider's retention settings.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in an email, or ask us directly to stop. To request access to or deletion of your information, contact us using the details below. We may need to keep some payment records where required by law.
