All sales final / no refunds

The $99 Full SEO Audit Report is a one-time digital purchase. Because the report is delivered immediately after Stripe payment on the page, all purchases are final and non-refundable, except as described below.

Delivery problems

If the report fails to generate or is not delivered because of a technical problem on our end, contact us within 7 days of purchase. We will re-run the audit or fix delivery so you receive the report you paid for.

If a technical error causes a duplicate charge, we will refund the duplicate charge. Please include your report code or payment details when you contact us so we can find the purchase.

Credit toward a project

If you hire Christensen Ventures LLC to fix the issues or work on your website and Google presence, your $99 report purchase is credited toward that project. Mention your report code when you get in touch. This credit does not change the final-sale policy for the report.
